Man rescues homeless dogs as Typhoon Ulysses floods shelter
A man rescued homeless dogs in his shelter after Typhoon Ulysses caused floods in Meycauayan, Bulacan. According to netizen Edmond de Sotto, Rodel Francisco's shelter for homeless dogs was not able to avoid the flood. Fortunately, Francisco was quick to rescue his dogs once the water came in. He placed the dogs in the barangay's rescue boats as he guided the boat to a safer location.
Pati ang shelter para sa mga homeless dog sa Meycauayan, Bulacan inabot na rin ng baha. Kaya naman hindi nag-atubili ang shelter owner na si Rodel Francisco na dalhin ang mga aso sa mas ligtas na lugar gamit ang rescue boat ng kanilang barangay.
