  ANI said in tweet quoting SSP Kangra Vimukt Ranjan: "Film actor Asif Basra was found hanging in a private complex in Dharamshala. Forensic team is at the spot and police is investigating the matter: SSP Kangra Vimukt Ranjan. #HimachalPradesh". Basra was apparently living in a leased house in McLeodganj throughout the previous 5 years alongside a sweetheart who is an outsider. The police is examining the situation and further subtleties are anticipated, said Ranjan, as per PTI. It is being accounted for that the entertainer had a property on rent for as long as five-six years in McLeodganj, Upper Dharamshala, and used to visit the spot routinely.
