Many people know Saad Qubain as DJ Saad. His music mixes could be heard on radio station KJ-103 for years and in music venues across the metro.



He also performed at many weddings, including that of KOCO 5 anchor Abigail Ogle."He was a good dad. Probably the greatest person I knew,” Zachary Qubain said. OKLAHOMA CITY — COVID-19 has taken the life of well-known and popular Oklahoma City DJ, Saad Qubain. He passed away on Thanksgiving from the virus. His 17-year-old son spoke to KOCO 5 to recall and honor his father.

 “He always had a big smile and he’d always share it with everybody,” said Zachary Qubain, Saad Qubain’s son.
