TikTok star Francesco LoPresti has tragically died from stage four cancer at the age of 24.


The US social media star was well known for the funny prank videos he created with his girlfriend and fellow TikToker Kaitlin Reagan.


Francesco's long battle with testicular cancer came to a sad end earlier this week.


As well as sharing their prank videos with her followers, Kaitlin had also shared updates on Francesco's health battle over the years, both on TikTok and YouTube.


Just last week, she shared the upsetting update that her long-term boyfriend had taken a turn for the worse.


She told her 3 million followers: "I love you guys, and I ask you keep him in your prayers. We are in a hospice stage. Please stand with us, and pray. Thank you so much."


"I love you so much. You’re not going anywhere," she'd also captioned a heartbreaking video that chronicled their time together.


Kaitlin's aunt, Adriana, announced on Tuesday that Francesco had died.


Sharing a collection of pictures, she posted: "It is with a very heavy heart that I inform everyone that my niece @kaitlin_reagan boyfriends @cescolopresti, who was just like a nephew to me lost his battle with cancer.


"He fought a courageous fight with so much love and support of many, many people.



"Francesco’s love and life will always be remembered. Thank you for all my hugs and hand holds the other night."


She continued: "I’m happy I got to you to give me that little smile. I truly love you, and will watch for signs.


"A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered. Please join us to mourn the passing of Francesco.



"Thank you so much to everyone who prayed for him. It meant the world to his family and mine."


The couple started dating when they were just 15.
